At the tenth edition of the Legalcommunity Tax Awards organized by Legalcommunity.it, Giuliano Foglia received the award of “Professional of the year M&A and Extraordinary Transactions.” The jury gave the following reasons for the award “A founding partner of the firm of the same name, the professional advises a wide range of Italian and foreign corporate clients, financial institutions and investment funds in domestic and international tax matters. The professional was one of the tax advisors in one of the most important deals of the year in terms of complexity, social and media impact and economic value.”
