Foglia & Partners, with a team composed of partners Giuliano Foglia and Matteo Carfagnini, assisted ICS Maugeri taking care of the tax aspects of the refinancing – with the participation of Banco Bpm, Ubi Banca, Ing and Popolare di Sondrio – which provides credit lines totaling 115 million euros in favor of Ics Maugeri benefit company and about 72 million euros in favor of the real estate fund Iaso, managed by Namira Sgr and 84.1 percent controlled by Ics Maugeri itself and the remaining 15.9 percent by the private equity fund Trilantic.
The refinancing will enable Ics Maugeri and the Iaso Fund to optimize the terms and conditions of the credit facilities and support the implementation of their respective multi-year investment plans.
