Foglia & Partners, with a team composed of Giuliano Foglia, Matteo Carfagnini and Marco Poziello, handled the tax aspects of Gamenet Group’s €225 million high-yield bond issue with floating rate and maturity 2023.
The bonds, issued under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act, will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Proceeds from the bond issue will be used to finance the acquisition of 100 percent of GoldBet’s share capital.
The company also increased to €50 million (from the original €30 million) the amounts available under the so-called super senior revolving credit line of April 23, 2018 to support the increased size of the Group.
