The transaction, carried out through the equity investment vehicle Aurora X, also included reinvestment by the current shareholders – and representatives of the founding family – with a minority stake.
Founded in 1972, Demont s.r.l. is a company specializing in the construction of complex plants in the OilGas, Industrial and Power Generation sectors, operating both in Italy and abroad.
