Foglia & Partners, with Giuliano Foglia and Marco Masi, advised the management team of Officine Maccaferri Group on the tax aspects related to the entry of Ambienta through the acquisition of the majority stake from sellers Carlyle Global Credit Investment Management, Stellex Capital Management and Man Glg. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2024.
