Foglia & Partners assisted Lottomatica Group, the holding company of Lottomatica, in the IPO – initial public offering – of its ordinary shares, aimed at listing on #EuronextMilan, a regulated market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana.
The firm handled all tax aspects of the transaction with a team coordinated by Giuliano Foglia and Matteo Carfagnini and composed of Mariangela La Pastina, Francesco Capogrossi, Marialuisa Inchingolo, Carolina Castelli and Emanuele Gentile.
