Foglia & Partners, with a team consisting of Giuliano Foglia and Matteo Carfagnini, advised Doppel Farmaceutici, a subsidiary of private equity firm Trilantic Europe and active in pharmaceutical contract formulation development, manufacturing, and packaging (cdmo), handling the tax structuring of the acquisition of 90 percent of Dietopack, an Emilia-based company that develops, manufactures and packages supplements, foods for medical purposes and medical devices for third parties.
With a turnover of about 10 million euros and 60 employees in total, the company located in Medolla (Modena) is involved in all stages of the value chain from product development, regulation and production to packaging and analysis.
