Foglia & Partners together with Apax for the acquisition of AEB

Foglia & Partners, with a team composed of Giuliano Foglia, Matteo Carfagnini, and Marco Poziello, assisted Apax Partners by handling the tax aspects of the signing of an agreement with the U.S. fund Sk Capital to acquire 100 percent of AEB, a group specializing in biotechnology ingredients and related services for the food, wine, and beverage industries. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for early October.
