Elisa has experience in international taxation and has mainly dealt with advising Italian and foreign multinational groups on Transfer Pricing issues, assisting in tax audits and in the subsequent phases of negotiations with Tax Authorities, as well as in the various phases of tax litigation with regard to general international taxation issues and the application of double taxation treaties.
