Foglia & Partners, with a team coordinated by Giuliano Foglia and composed of Matteo Carfagnini, Carolina Castelli and Emanuele Gentile, assisted Lottomatica by taking care of the tax aspects of the high-yield bond issue for a total of €500 million at a floating rate maturing in 2030.
The issue is aimed at financing the completion of the acquisition of the entire capital of SKS365 Malta Holding. As part of the issuance, an increase in the revolving loan facility in the total amount of 50 million euros was also granted contingent upon the completion of the acquisition.
