Giuliano advises Italian and foreign clients, including also listed companies and multinational groups.
He has a significant and consolidated experience in tax law, specialising in particular in international tax law, corporate taxation and extraordinary transactions, HNWIs and wealth management, transfer pricing and tax litigation.
He is author of publications on tax matters, a speaker at conferences and seminars.
Giuliano is included in Band 2 of Chambers Europe’s ranking and has also received several important awards.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Giuliano founded Foglia & Partners in 2016. Prior joining Foglia & Partners, he was partner of a leading Italian law and tax firm and worked with another primary Italian law and tax firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Admitted to the Rome Association of Chartered Accountants and to the Register of Statutory Auditors (1997).
Member of the “International Taxation” Commission set up by the National Council of the Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
EDUCATION
Master’s Degree cum laude in Economics at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (1993).
